I am sharing this photo first because it shows so much emotion and happiness! <3
Thank you Angie from A.E. White Photography for capturing Bodey’s birth. These photos mean the world to me! So blessed to have someone like you in my life!
Contractions started Monday morning. They were 5-7 minutes apart painful… but tolerable.
I was progressed to “almost” a 4. Fast forward to that night still 5-7 minutes apart but a lot more painful decided to go in.
Walked and bounced on a stupid ball for 3 hours… didn’t progress so I got sent home. I don’t even need to tell you all how I felt about that because most of you probably know.
Tuesday rolled around and still no change. Still having contractions 5-7 minutes apart. At this point I have maybe slept for 2 hours. Which makes for a very grumpy pregnant lady.
Wednesday morning at 3am my contractions were 3-4 minutes apart. I bounced on the ball until 7am and decided “ok, I think this is the real deal ( I hope) …lets go in.”
Doc broke my water at 9am (at almost a 5), 10:30am was at a 6. 11:30am was at a 9, and at noon I started pushing. (and yes I got the Epi. I am no rock star)
At 12:41 p.m. our sweet baby boy Bodey Daniel Hyde came into the world weighing 8 lbs 12 ozs and 21 inches long. 😀
and yes, I totally put make up on! There was a camera in the room people!
I went home the next night but during the day I got Bodey all to myself so of course I took photos!
Just some of the special people in Bodey’s life that came to meet him!
Again thank you Angie for helping me capture his newborn photos!
