Where do I start with Stephanie and Kalvin’s wedding?!?!?!?!
Their day couldn’t of been more perfect! The weather was great which surprised me because mother nature hasn’t been my best friend lately 😉
But onto Kalvin and Stephanie day… I learned that agriculture is very important to them, I went on the most interesting HAYRIDE (story in the blog), they have awesome family and friends, and they are truly adorable and madly in love with each other!
Ceremony took place on The Anderson Farm and Reception took place at Maxfield’s in Edmore, MI.
Big shout out to my sidekick Angie White for helping me capture their day!
To say Farm houses photograph beautifully would be an understatement.
You were a gorgeous bride Steph!
I loved the bridesmaids dresses!
Little Tic-Tac toe to past the time! I got in on the action but sadly I lost because I could only put the tractors on the side 😉
Such a gorgeous ceremony!
I guess he got an invite to the wedding too…. eeeeeekkkk!
If any of my clients truly know me… Snakes are not my favorite thing in the world.
Thought this was pretty AWESOME!
They were the cutest! <3
Yes, I am pregnant and took full advantage of the candy bar! 🙂
Oh and we arrived! If you can spot me… you have amazing eyes!
Ok the STORY!
So we all see how tall and BIG the hay wagon is right?!?!?!
Ok, so I thought being the “creative genius” I am… to bring the wedding party to one side and get a photo of them on the wagon with me being off the wagon…well when you get that much weight to one side and nothing to balance out the weight of the wagon…yup it will tip over… so yes, I seen my life flash before my eyes as the wagon started falling towards me…(It was like the titanic all over again) so me, being the athletic one I am back peddled but I back peddled all the way down a HUGE ditch causing me to go end over end!
No bruises, Camera still intact and Baby Boy Hyde is A-okay! Everyone else was okay too! 🙂 Everyone laughed it off! So yeah I was hanging out with some amazing people that day! 🙂
Ummm. yeah this random AWESOME old building was right across the street from the reception! 🙂
The only thing they disagree on Red vs. Green 😉
Look closely on who caught it;)
Yup, little man! Who said you needed to be tall?!?!?!
Get low, get low get low!
And the back light shot!
It never fails for someone or the bride to ask “what kind of backlight shot are you going to do?” haha I am starting to feel pressure! I go in with no game plan… I just let it happen! 🙂
Thank you Stephanie and Kalvin for letting me capture your special day! I had a fantastic time! Even with my epic fall! 😉
I wish you many, many, many years of happiness! <3
